Kellyn Murphy '25, Flag Football: Defensively: Kellyn has 3 interceptions, 3 tackles, broken up 3 passes. Offensively: 27 carries for 3 Rushing TDs, 3 receptions with 2 TD Receptions and an extra point!

Ryan High '28, Men's Swim & Dive: Ryan was the high point swimmer for the meet vs Lakeside last Friday at Evans Pool. Ryan scored points in the 200 Medley Relay (finished 3rd), the 100 Butterfly (finished 1st with a District qualifying time of 58.87), the 100 Breastroke (finished 2nd with a District qualifying time of 1:05.17) and the 400 Freestyle Relay (finished 3rd).

The varsity football team defeated West Seattle Friday night 30-16. The defense held strong all night with interceptions from Tommy Finnerty and Calvin Hanson, a safety by Sonny Dunn, and a fumble recovery from Caden Armes. The offense had rushing touchdowns from Gavin Henry and Caden Armes and passing touchdowns from Cole Allegro to Mason Mandell and Will Condon. Our next game is in the district playoffs 7pm Friday vs. Decatur at Federal Way Memorial Stadium.

The Swim Bears had a great metros meet last weekend placing 5th overall.There were amazing time drops including Sara Vath dropping three seconds in her 100 breaststroke and 8 seconds by Peyton Willard in the 500 freestyle! Talia West secured her districts spot by placing 4th in diving. District times were achieved by Ellie Hobart, Reese Halffman, Audrey Pigman, Alexis Blume, Cassie Halter, and Stella Na. Grace Allison made a state time in the 500 freestyle with a 5:19.91 race.

Yesterday your boys golf team competed in the District Championships. Low rounds of the team were from Magnus Erickson, Colby Conrad, and Henry Day. Congratulations to Junior Henry Day for earning a spot to play in the WIAA State tournament this spring after winning in a playoff.
