If you’re one of those people that’s all about “peace of mind” I’d say pay off the house, but historically speaking the s&p averages 14% per year so I’d say personally, it’s a no brainer.

My sister just started her first job and knows nothing about finance, makes $75k/yr with virtually no expenses. I set her up with a brokerage acc allocating $75/w into $VOO and $25/w going into $FBTC. This one is for my bitcoin haters🚀

This may work in countries with a weak currency but I don’t see crypto payments becoming mainstream in America. Best case use of $BTC seems to be a store of value.

Have to disagree here, doesn’t make sense unless you bought in the last 6 months. Homeowner equity is at all time highs, anyone who’s bought in the last 5 years can sell with an almost guarantee’d gain.
