@flyPAL is almost as bad as BA! Must the the only Asian airline that doesn’t have a Business class dedicated vehicle for bus gate arrivals! Shocking at their home airport! What’s the point of paying for the service!

@AndythePandy_ That’s not the point I’m making. It doesn’t have to be a binary decision. Take the best bits of both. Although I’d take an AA Max F product over BA any day

@AndythePandy_ I don’t think that’s the driving factor, it’s the ability to be flexible on loads that drives the economy seat as standard. BA regularly has 12 rows of J on 2-3hour flights.

Almost every carrier and program is better and since I’m far less UK focused these days there is no going back whatever they do. The product is awful
