@Suplift Good question! By making an independent tuning knob we can save raid healing by drastically reducing healing power relative to HP pools in their while keeping the relative strength similar (not power creeping) in keys

Rn so many healers in PTR Keys feel FUN to play but lack output and with shared talents between raid/keys then class designers don't have a tuning knob to make specs feel better in keys so some specs will just be "bad" bcuz "number too low"
