@Michael1016JL Seller support is generally very frustrating to deal with. Have you got your brand name laser engraved onto your product ? If you can do this they will generally accept your brand application if you send them pictures

In the process of ordering samples from manufacturers for my new Amazon private label product. There are two different ways of ordering factory samples: Production sample: The manufacturer produces the exact sample that your intend to sell on Amazon. This includes customization such as your unique packaging, laser engraving of your brand, or a unique design. These samples usually cost around $100-$200. Factory sample: A sample of the base product that the manufacturer has already made, that is available on the factory floor. Each sample costs around $50-$75. The level of customization you intend to make on the product can determine which sample to order. In my case I will be ordering factory samples as my end product does not require a high level of customization. Ordering samples from multiple (top 3) manufacturers allows you to determine which manufacturer makes the best quality product that you will ultimately decide to place your full order with. Next steps will be ordering a "test order" of 150-300 units that will be sent to Amazon for product launch.

@Evan_Swanson_ I made the mistake of offering a 15% off coupon on my first launch. Turns out that there is basically no difference in conversion between a 15% off and a 5% off coupon. Best to go with the latter ..
