When you’re now on day 2 of periodically drinking prune juice…and your stomach graduates you from fart-all-you want to shart territory 😭😩.
My stomach has VERY audibly been gurgling for 2 days straight and I’m not kidding. My farts are progressively smelling worse 😂

My guts are rumbling so much. I had a lot of gas from my little episode the day before and it was persistent. Some of it was trapped and I was uncomfy all day, but now I’m able to get some off 🥰

Guys, I was just messin around and ate some sugar free gummy bears thinking they’d just make me gassy because they sometimes don’t work and I didn’t have many left…and they did…but they upset my stomach :/. Whoops.

Fun fact. Whenever I eat things that I shouldn’t eat like spicy foods, I know what’s coming. Like I’ll always eat it and then I’ll hear my stomach start rumbling and I’ll just sit there and chill until everything comes because it happens so fast. The farts smell so strong atp 😵💫
