I believe this is the first Substrate to Substrate cross-chain message/remote governance that happened in the Polkadot ecosystem!
Through the Darwinia Message Bridge, Crab Solochain's governance system can manage the Crab Parachain!

I failed to realize that this address contained 2,000,000 $QUARK, equivalent to $10,000. Minor oversights have led to a significant error. The address was intended solely for testing purposes.
