@Ivarghese1323 @SenSchumer Yeah after the fact they did but being so vague about the criteria of which ones are frozen and which ones are not is ridiculous. They didn't think to target in the memo x, y and z programs, so people that have jobs in these areas aren't wondering what the heck.

@Ivarghese1323 @SenSchumer Meals on Wheels isn't direct assistance though. Local nonprofit organizations receive the funding and they provide it. The MoW near me is provided through a nonprofit organization. It's not like SNAP/food stamps or even Section 8 which is provided directly to individuals.
