A woman should not date down. The end.
As a group, men are not kind, thoughtful, generous, or helpful enough that you should be pressed to date em. If you choose to have em around, they should be, at minimum, materially adding to your life.
A woman making 250k with a mortgage, certain vehicle, lifestyle, responsibilities for her family and even if she has a child - can’t date down IMO. If that woman loses her job even temporarily, and she’s dating someone making 50k, her partner would have a hard time managing.

I didn’t start dropping weight until I realized there is no workout that’ll beat consistency. My main workout is walking about 4 miles a day on the tread mill and maybe finishing with arms. HiiT didn’t work, spin didn’t work, Pilates sure as hell didn’t work 😂😂
