Global Atomic’s private placement announced on January 23, 2025, closed as expected on January 31, 2025. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for the advancement of the Dasa Project and general working capital purposes.

$GLO announced a C$30M private placement for up to 37.5M units @ C$0.80/unit. Net proceeds are intended to advance the Dasa Project. The Company remains confident that it will have positive news in Q1’25 regarding either a bank financing or a JV agreement.

Global Atomic made significant progress at the Dasa Uranium Project in 2024. Key milestones include strategic meetings with Government, advancing construction efforts and preparing for commissioning in 2026 with over 500 staff driving the project forward.

The finalization of the European off-take contract is a positive sign amid the geopolitical challenges in Niger and demonstrates the European utility’s confidence in our ability to finance and develop Dasa to begin yellowcake deliveries in 2026.

The development bank has confirmed it is moving forward with approval of a debt facility in Q1'25. In parallel, Global Atomic has progressed JV negotiations & anticipates receipt of a Definitive Agreement in Q1'25 for an amount sufficient to complete Dasa.

While in Niger the Company’s executive team and Managing Director for Niger had key meetings with Prime Minister Zeine, Mines Minister Abarchi and U.S. Ambassador, Kathleen FitzGibbon, all of whom positively supported Global Atomic and the Dasa Project.

While in Niger in November the Company’s executive team held three successful meetings with a Niger Government Committee consisting of representatives from all ministries. Progress was made on all fronts to facilitate ongoing operations at the Dasa Mine.

The U.S. development bank engaged with Global Atomic in regard to a debt facility to fund 60% of Dasa’s development has confirmed that it intends to conclude its approval process, including Committee and Board level approvals, by early Q1 2025.

Global Atomic Closes Public Offering for Gross Proceeds of C$40.25M. The intended use of the net proceeds are primarily for the development of the Dasa #Uranium Project located in the Republic of Niger.

Global Atomic announced that due to significant investor demand its C$25M public offering for 20.8M Units was increased to C$35M for 29,167,000 Units. In the event that a 30-day over-allotment option is exercised in full, gross proceeds would be C$40.25M.

Global Atomic announced a C$25M public offering for 20.8M Units @ C$1.20/unit, consisting of a common share and a purchase warrant exercisable @ C$1.50/warrant for up to 3 years. The net proceeds are primarily intended for development of the Dasa Project.

As reported on SEDI, some $GLO executives, including the CEO, participated in the offering that closed July 31st. Some are also exercising options that are due. While building their share position, some of the shares will be sold to cover expenses such as option costs and taxes.

In a letter issued by the Government of Niger on August 15th, President Tiani & the Council of Ministers confirmed their support for Global Atomic and the Dasa Project. The letter highlights that Global Atomic has always complied with Niger’s regulations.

Q2 Results: Global Atomic continues to make significant progress at the Dasa #Uranium Project and has the full support of the Niger government. Although the development bank postponed their July approval, this project will get funded and will get built.

Global Atomic has closed its previously announced private placement for gross proceeds of C$20 million. The Company intends to use net proceeds from the Offering for the advancement of the Company’s Dasa Project and for general working capital purposes.

Due to investor demand, $GLO has upsized its private placement to 14,814,815 units @ C$1.35 each or gross proceeds of C$20M. Net proceeds from the placement are intended for the advancement of the Dasa Project and for general working capital purposes.
