@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true That is not being proposed and I find it odd that you would jump to the idea that it is. There is no logical inconsistency in a creator manipulating its creation. Nowhere is there an expectation that God becomes part of creation.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true Yep, it’s how I’d allude to being able to do anything possible too, so the ball is in your court in explaining the logical impossibility of God intervening in the physical world.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true There’s a plethora of attributes God must have for my argument to hold. Under no illusion of that. However, I have yet to be given sufficient reasons for me to conclude differently.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true God can do anything, so that includes the ability to intervene in the physical world to stop evil acts.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true Your response boils down to either that God can tolerate evil acts happening or that all acts that do happen are not evil and evil acts don’t happen because God has stopped them.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true Or he could just physically stop them… but doesn’t. A part of God’s ontological status is to always be consistent and never contradictory. Not stopping what can’t be tolerated is an inconsistency.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true I don’t know what to tell you if you don’t know what “stop” means. How? However God likes.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true I have stated the reason. Clearly. If God cannot tolerate evil acts then he would stop them.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true The contradictory nature of not stopping evil acts that God deems to be intolerable is the reason. If God exists, he stops all evil acts to remain logically consistent. Evil acts happen. Therefore God doesn’t exist.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true Freedom to choose is not impeached by making the conscious decision to commit a crime. Where have I said that I’m against facing consequences of actions? All I’m saying is they’re irrelevant to the act itself happening. Nowhere have I claimed God committed evil.

@Fitrah46782412 @CaDaisygirl @cannoli1000 @hookskat @penguinteamsix @PBDerbysAtheist @johnthomas1536 @Spencer4true The act is tolerated if it’s not stopped from happening. The consequences for the perpetrator are irrelevant to the act itself happening. Do not conflate the two.
