Update from Ezra: removed his arterial line, which takes blood samples and measures blood pressure; and removed his breathing tube. Able to breathe totally on his own now. Lungs are going great.

Update: Covid, Flu, RSV - all negative. They gave a dose of antibiotics while waiting for lab results. So far, urine and the results that have come back are ok. Thanks to all of you for your care and prayers.

Some of you know our adopted son was born with a liver issue. He’s been doing great the last 4 years, but lately some of the signs of liver issues are coming back. He goes in Wednesday for a scope.
We were told from the beginning that someday he would need a liver transplant.

The majority of Sabres fans believe UPL is terrible and will never be a good goalie, not even as a back up. This based off his rookie season where he played behind one of the worst defenses in the NHL.
He had good stretches, too. I don’t see Sabres giving up on him so quick!

They found an obstruction in his stomach that they have to do surgery on because he has been having trouble with Bms and eating and has had no appetite. He just went in for surgery now and will take about three hours. 🙏
