abuja deserve accolades, It was all about discipline! When your trainer tells you do 15 burpees and 10jumping jacks do those exercises without complaining and giving excuses like, “ didn’t wear the right bra” or “it is against my village traditions to jump”😂 JUST DOIT

See eh, I understand but it’s not the “North” that’s the problem. I know no one wants to hear it, but they also need to be liberated. For generations, they’ve been *deliberately* kept captive in the shackles of illiteracy so they can be used as puppets when the time comes.

I love my spaghetti so i kept on eating those lol I toook a lot of oats and cereal Alot of chicken I also wasn't a vegetable fan but I just forced myself to eat the one I can eat, like greenbeans and carrot and maybe cabbage

Just working out and hitting the gym on a regular. As for diet i didnt do; i just cut out things that anyone who wants to lose weight knows that its bad to eat.
I didnt take any protien shakes or tea
None of those

I was just true to myself and stopped eating things that i shouldn't

So for me, All my life i was always the fat kid Fattest in the class; in the whole school and I just graduated from high school in July of 2016 and I gave myself a gap year. Thats till 2017 December. I didn't start my journey till January of last year;

Went to the gym sometimes 2 times a day; everyday a week sometimes Sunday. (I know a ton of people can’t to this, mine was because I had spare time)

For my first three months
this is coming from a girl that everyday, i had to drink tea and bread. And not just normal tea all those really thick teas with alot of milk and milo So for the first 3 months i cut off tea and bread Swallow, yam And I ate little to no rice

first it has to be a personal conviction, not for the fact that someone called you fat and you want to lose weight to show them. It has to be you that’s tired of the way you look and just really want to change, it all starts from there. So much to write such little space 😩

It took me first 3 months to lose bulk of the weight doing major cardio, I started in January, so I used the remaining of the year to tone up and just focus on where is needed

It will be HARD for a lot of people to reconcile with, but they too need to be liberated. Especially from illiteracy so that they know their worth, and that they’re human beings and not tools for destruction. And their lives can’t be bought with N500.
