Last week, Brian and Tyler from the Asmark team visited Las Vegas for CES 2025, one of the biggest tech events in the world. From safety vests that inflate when detecting a fall to AR/VR, which could change how training is conducted, there was no shortage of incredible technologies to discover with 4,500+ exhibitors.

After an impressive career spanning over 45 years, Clark Capwell, a long-time leader with @themcgregorco, is retiring from full-time work at the end of 2024. Clark's journey in agriculture is a testament to hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the industry and the people he served. All of us at Asmark Institute wish him the very best in his retirement. His years of leadership, insight, and dedication have made a lasting difference, and we are grateful for his contributions.

De Willard, founder of Willard Agri-Service, passed away recently, leaving behind a remarkable legacy in agriculture and community involvement. Asmark extends our deepest sympathy to the Willard family and the Willard Agri-Service team. OSHA-certified trainer Pete Mutschler led and graduated another OSHA Ag-30 Hour class this week. Students spent four days at our training facility in Owensboro, KY learning OSHA regulations affecting ag retailers. Only one class remains in 2024 - December 3rd - 6th. OSHA has launched a regional emphasis program to address worker safety in the grain handling industry, as preventable injuries and unchecked hazards continue to be a serious concern for workers in the region.
