AB 386 rewards hardworking employees and employers paying back student loans. By offering a tax credit to employers matching loan payments, employees reduce their debt while business owners face less tax burden. AB 386 helps both employees and employers ease financial strain.

Protect immigrants, not criminals. The legislature failed to block $50 million from being spent on protecting criminals from deportation. I know this personally, from sponsoring my mother’s immigration. Prioritize those who want to be Legal citizens, not those who break the law

The wildfire crisis is still here! Providing relief to past and present wildfire victims and preventing the fires to come should’ve been what this Special Session was about.

We have been left with no idea for how CA plans to finish the High Speed Rail, making Fresno an architectural graveyard rather than the epitome of technological development. AB 377 requires CA to disclose its financial plans and budget to finish the High Speed Rail.

Californians need action TODAY! California’s wildfire risks are growing, and the California FAIR plan can’t afford the exposure. If we don’t act now, every Californian could be left footing the bill. We can’t wait any longer to invest in wildfire prevention!

Assembly democrats voted against protecting Californians from future wildfires. Today, they voted against a $1 billion amendment providing emergency wildfire prevention funding. Even while California communities burn, democrats refuse to take action.
