Hi there, We only charge 50c for Swift transfers. These are usually large euro transfers or transfers to accounts outside of the Eurozone. Any other transfers completed online or over the phone are free of charge. Thanks, Kate

Good morning everyone. According to Visa Europe the issue has now been resolved with all Credit and Debit Cards. They have issued a statement citing "The issue was the result of a hardware failure and is not associated with any unauthorized access or cyberattack." - Eoin
