If you're skilled enough to make more than 30LPA in India, you're skilled enough to make above 100,000 Euros in the netherlands. Assuming you qualify for 30% ruling(you will get it if you're from India, but it's going away soon), your effective tax rate will just be 22 PERCENT!

An interesting observation in Europe. People don't care about the rat race or moving to the next level. People with decades of experience are fine being an SDE-1/2. There have been instances where people "downgraded" from senior to a level below. Many regularly refuse promotion.
