I’ve suffered with severe insomnia since 2015. Averaging 1-2 hrs of sleep at night ,usually not failing to sleep until 4/5 am. Nothing helps. No meds. No vitamins. Not meditation etc. it’s aged me. It causes me to be extremely tired during the day. It’s miserable
