@EXTRA_ordiinary I haven’t found a better way to remain consistent. 1. I get it out of the way before life gets a chance to take the time away from me. 2. If I’m hauling my ass out of bed at 4:30 to lift weights, I sure as hell am going to stick to the diet I need to see results
