Last two trips to Tenterden Town as assistant manager was a 7-1 and 2-1 loss. Today my first as manager the boys got a result. It’s now about building on this with two more cup games and building confidence in the group.

First full season in charge

came to an end yesterday. We felt we could have done more, we met the initial target. Lay the foundations to allow us to build towards success. This was achieved by a committed management team and committed core group of players. 1/3

Worked with Matt for only a short time, but I can safely say it was a pleasure. The insight I got and what I learnt from him il take with me. I have no doubt he will be on the top of every team’s shortlist once a position becomes available.
