Blueprint customers - I’m writing to say I’m sorry that we may have missed on something for you recently. Since the Netflix documentary dropped, our world at Blueprint has been turned upside down. Customer emails have increased by 20x, our systems have been overrun, and it hasn’t helped that during this timeframe we also brought online 10 new products plus labs including blood draws, biological age and microplastics. We prepared for a Netflix related surge, but not for anything like we’re seeing. We are working as fast as we can to dig out and get you the product or service you ordered, address your questions, and fix your issue. Here are a few things that have happened and how we’ve addressed or are addressing the issue: 1. We just enabled pre-orders which is great, but it caused a problem where orders that had both pre-orders and in-stock items were put on hold until the pre-order could be filled. We fixed that issue and now all in-stock ordered items, even if your cart included pre-order things, will ship immediately. 2. We’re upgrading our fulfillment systems and there was a bug that stopped shipment notifications from going out. So some of you received your items before you received notification that your item had shipped. That is now fixed. 3. After the initial surge two weeks ago, we had a 7 day support response time. We’re now down to 3 days. Our goal is four hours. It will take us sometime to get there but we’ve added 16 customer service agents to the team to try and get back to you as fast as possible. Blueprint was already one of the fastest growing companies in the world. Netflix has turbocharged that. We love this and are energized by the growth of our community. Know that we work so very hard to deliver for you. We hold ourselves to the highest standards. Our singular goal as a company is that you will write us a love letter because you’re so pleased with the products, services, content and value we create in your life. We are genuinely interested in your wellbeing. Please be patient with us. I suspect we have a few months of growing pains ahead of us as we upgrade our website, systems and build out our team. I’m excited to be on this journey with you.
