Nozomu Shishido will direct Episode 1100
This episode is supposed to cover Luffy vs Lucci. Last time we saw Nozume shishido was episode 1089, which covered Imu erasing Lulusia and the strawhats going to Egghead.
He's a solid director and knowing it's "1100" so it'll be a solid ep

Then we have the legendary Katsumi Ishizuka. Tho we only have him as storyboard artist we know how good his action storyboards are. The biggest and most recent example is his storyboard for Ep 1062 which involved the climax of Zoro vs King.

Vincent Chansard has taken the anime industry by a storm. If anyone has the slightest idea about animation in anime industry, you can bet they know about vincent.
His work in one piece and Jujutsu Kaisen recently has gotten him pretty famous.

Masami Mori/Soty [Presumed]
Mori rarely even appears in one piece but when he does it's a feast. if y'all don't know about him, he did almost all of the first half of Ep 1015 by himself so that speaks for him. Based on the preview it's either him or his students

Right after ota we get the monstrous vincent chansard cut, he did the Lucci transformation and it's one of the best things i have seen man, so beautiful. And if you watch it in slow motion then you can see leopard moving during the transformation

This is not the first time Ishizuka and Inuzuka have been teamed up, as we know they both worked on Ep 1046 too, which involved zoro and sanji attacking King and Queen. Personally i find this scene good enough

Henry Thurlow, also the first non japanese guy to direct a one piece episode (Ep 1066) is known for how good his animation is. He's very well known in the community especially for how good his dragons are. This is most probably one of my favourite Henry work

Kohei Hirota did a solid job with it and the composition looks really good, but boy oh boy did yooto's appearance not surprise me.

Even Chris is a highly recognised artist, having worked on high priority eps like Ep 1062,1074,1093 he has proven to be one of the best animators in one piece as of now.
Just like Vincent, his recent work in one piece and jujutsu kaisen has given him a lot of credit

After yooto we get my goat akihiro ota's cut and man if it isn't beautiful as ever. I love it so much.
The eye shot was pretty similar to the hone-hone sb we saw in 1074 and it was as good as that. There's more to ota but we'll talk about it later

The first half of this scene was so OTA inspired and the other half with luffy was onishi inspired with the character acting.

A beautiful episode directed by Hazuki Omoya. Omoya showed a lot of promise in his last 2 eps (1055/1065) and i had some hopes for this ep but goddamn he did so good 😭. The ost used in the scene where nekomamushi tells everyone they will is so good [contd.]
