It does seem very clear that you can remove a Federal judge without impeachment. It will be faster to criminally charge corrupt judges like Paul Engelmayer for conspiracy to violate civil rights ( 18 U.S. Code § 241 : Conspiracy against rights ) for their regular ex parte calls and Establishment Clause violations. Elon, DOJ Civil Rights Head @pnjaban is very familiar with Engelmayer's frequent civil rights violations and ex parte calls and could probably draft the criminal complaint in a day, obviously w @AGPamBondi 's okay and input. Here is her law partner @roncoleman verifying the truth of allegations against Engelmayer. And there is a detailed document signed by 24 Rabbis detailing Engelmayer's violation of the Establishment Clause, which is outside the bounds of the judiciary. (See Klagsbrun v Vaad Harabonim) Engelmayer also fails to recuse when he has personal conflicts or holds millions of dollars in shares in a company so proving motive is easy. Throw him and the cheaters in the DOJ that work with him via ex parte calls in prison -- and impeach him after -- and you send a strong signal to judges that there will be no mercy for predators who abuse the innocent and violate the constitution to do so. Arrest Engelmayer and his co-conspirators. (I can't prove it, but Engelmayer's behavior, demeanor, and pattern of speaking matches nearly every sex offender he forced me to live with for 7.5 months so you'll probably find a ton of CSE on his devices that has nothing to do with cases he tried. Just a gutt feeling given his insatiable desire to hurt the innocent. Of course just my opinion but I think of him as "Pedophile Paul")

Here's a simple trick and one @elonmusk can help get get the data on from phone and email logs (which are maintained by the Executive Branch) to @AGPamBondi. 1. If you picked up the phone and took an ex parte call from a corrupt judge or knew of ex parte calls (like the AUSAs in my case assigned after Engelmayer made one to change the team and strategy 10 days before trial) and didn't immediately report it: You're fired. 2. If you emailed about burying evidence or hiding conflicts or disclosure violations, you're fired. 3. If you were caught on any willful disclosure violation, you're fired and the case is dismissed with prejudice. Didn't disclose that the defense attorney was married to the prosecutor? Fired and dismissed. (This happened a lot in SDNY). And that's just the tip of the iceberg: .
