@jasonriverastl Might be a case of the chicken vs the egg. Are the gang members there because the owner hasn’t rehabbed the property, or has the owner not rehabbed the property because the neighborhood is plagued by gangs? It’s a question that St. Louis City gov’t and investors face every day.

The American people have spoken. Trump won again by building the kind of big tent coalition Democrats used to have. There will be a lot of Monday morning quarterbacking about what the Democrats/Biden/Harris should’ve done differently, but I think the most important thing to understand from this election is that the majority of Americans want disruption over the status quo. This system, this economy is not working for most Americans and they want change. Not little change, not incremental change, they want big changes — now. I hope Democrats hear that message this time, regardless of how we feel about the messenger.
