@foroepic @Albabfc Caso que a veces nos encontramos sin evidencia clara sobre qué hacer! Espasmo coronario sobre placa muchas veces no se soluciona con tratamiento médico. Yo re evaluaría de nuevo y seguramente trataría la lesión.

@DFCapodanno I agree that sometimes their comorbility can mitigate that effect and that the improvement is higher in young and more active patients but in general they feel better after.
