Lovely to have one of our ex Prehab patients come back in to visit this morning! Now 5 months post major abdominal surgery and still wearing his 'I've been to Prehab' wristband and attending his local gym up to 5 times a week now, what a huge lifestyle change! 👏 💪🏼
