@Greatest1343329 @yeehar123 @EmiratesFACup @MillwallFC Those 3 can’t get in the usual starting line up at the mo. Very rusty and Joseph is just dreadful anyway. Leeds needed to get out of the cup and 10 changes was intended to do that

@GladwinTim @cjp_88 @FA_PGMOL People say these sorts of things even themselves out over the course of the season. Not if one team has 10x the chances as their opponents

@MathewForth @Kershaw444 Yeah it’s a key difference maker. Ipswich got Moore and he was massive for them. Everyone saw us fall off a cliff after March internationals and that’s due to running out of steam, mentally and physically.

@MathewForth @Kershaw444 We lost 4 of the last 6 games last season, winning just one of those. Are you saying that’s not a drop off? We do that again it’s highly likely it’s playoffs again. Le Fee and Marcus Edwards are players that can galvanise a team that’s fatigued and mentally jaded at the end

@MathewForth @Kershaw444 It cost us last season. The players were absolutely spent by the end of the season and the mental drain was undeniable. I think it’s very shortsighted to not understand that it can happen again. Even Farke doesn’t want to have to rely on Ampadu at the back but we are there again

@walkerperkele47 @Kershaw444 And now they play for our rivals. If they managed to stay in touch with us before getting stronger imagine our shock when it goes down to the wire again. It’s a gamble, similar to the one that didn’t pay off last season

@MathewForth @Kershaw444 Genuinely don’t understand this point, but am trying to. Are you saying the tail off after the March internationals didn’t happen last season? I swear I remember watching us lose 4-0 to QPR. Something that we’d do well not to repeat.

@maisieWDCFC @BerenCross Comfortably top? The gap is pretty small. Drop points in one game and the gap is gone. If the others can keep it tight before they strengthened, it just means we’ll have to be perfect for the rest of the season. Our GD was massive last season and counted for exactly nothing

@JS_York1 @BerenCross Piroe was adamant last year that he’s a 9. Apparently he and his agent were quite unhappy that he wasn’t deployed there more. He’s not a true 9 either but more of a shadow striker. Not a 10

@JS_York1 @BerenCross Piroe wants to be a 9, Gnonto is a winger or possibly a 9. Aaronson will need to play every minute

@sportisthething @BerenCross We are meant to have a scouting department for that. If it’s your full time job to find one it’s not a good enough excuse to come out and say that a player just isn’t available. It’s not stopped other teams bringing in players like Le Fee (who can play 10)

@Chris1014Lee You think because the window is closed people that wanted players will now be happy that their weren’t. When the inevitable drop off happens (like last season) you think they’ll be in their holes? Strange one

@petermaurice22 @BerenCross And if 2 players get injured (and given our record, they will) we’ll have a teenager without a minute of senior football to his name on bench.
