@Hades9911 Yes, I’d say that any alien could potentially be led to evolution. We don’t know the details of how the Ultimatrix simulation works, and I don’t want to dive too much into headcanons, so I’ll just leave it at that.

@Hades9911 I think what I'm about to say is pretty obvious, but in the Ben 10 universe, I believe "DNA" can be defined as a unique code that determines identity and allows for reproduction or evolution. And believe it or not, High-Tech has all of that.
