Status update about silverweed breeding

@NFC_Fruit I believe I've found a new and tasty variety of from-seed Apple in my local park. If it is a new variety, how do I go about "registering" it so its genetic heritage can be preserved? I have taken some scions and grafted it to my back garden apple tree just in case.

Lovage Tea, Levisticum officinale, introduced by the Romans to the UK. Savoury broth taste, similar to celery.
