A cancer diagnosis and all the information that follows can be be hard to understand. We have worked with @changepeople_ to create booklets that help make our cancer information inclusive and accessible. Our easy read cancer support booklets can be useful if you want information that is easier to understand, as they use simple language and pictures. #LearningDisabilityWeek
