I remember getting 3 days and being told that ‘we will all lose people and it’s part of life’ when I phoned into work after burying my mum to say that I didn’t feel emotionally well enough to be at work, working with frail elderly patients at the time.

@osteoporosisNI @nicoladuffy71 @WesternHSCTrust I love it. Great reminder to consider bone health when a patient presents following a fall or has a history of falls. Not to mention underlying conditions or medications that increase risk of fracture in the event of a fall. Thank you for sharing.
