@MwangoCapital They made Shif Expensive to most Kenyans. The Shs.300 promised was just a sham. Most Kenyans when they register they are asked to pay Shs.1000 and above and thus they shy away from the scheme. NHIF was standard at Shs.500 and most Kenyans contributed and was affordable.
