There is a muscle underbody suit in high density foam rubber, and the outer body is polar fabric / fleece,with airbrushing; while the tattoos are hand painted with acryllic ink. The head is polyurethane base and cast latex.

When making heads: first, we sculpt. Then,we mold and latex-cast, we put the fur/fleece and airbrush!
