wait now i kinda wanna retcon their vows in TBA so that this is canon and that's how sukuna is allowed to walk freely. just imagine nobara pranking sukuna by telling yuuji to say the code phrase but not why 🤭
or i guess it wouldn't even necessarily need to be a physical accessory. a binding vow would do the trick. something something sukuna gets his own body but if he gets too feisty/murderous all yuuji has to do is say a code phrase and sukuna gets rekt 😌
