Don't go buying medicine right away. Unless your fever gets to a dangerous level (above 39°C) you don't need to reduce it - the temperature helps your body fight the infection and you'll recover faster. Downside is you'll feel like shit. Still basic painkillers like ibuprofen or paracetamol are enough, no need antibiotics or anything expensive.

I don't, DuragonArt needs it. And other methods simply don't work - sadly people really don't share normal pleas for help but this has some effect.

Anything past just normal knocking/ringing the doorbell is not legal. Refusing to leave is not legal either. You don't need to come up with excuses, just tell them to leave your property. You are not obligated to open the door for anyone, even the police unless they have a valid warrant.
