Comp splatoon players are overreacting. No one is living off of splatoon tournaments. The scene wasn't big enough for major sponsors (in NA). If you want to live off of splatoon, prioritize content. This all affects TOs more than anything with LANs

I'm mainly disappointed in the amount of kits we've gotten over the past year of the game. Like you're telling me a sticker and different sub/special takes a year to make. Third kits for every weapon does not seem likely

im still a flounder hater, it's still the worst zones map and I'm surprised it's still on most map lists
I still think Flounder is one of the games best maps, but after a while its clear that the far right wall being uninkable and especially the lack of right spawn tunnel hurt it a lot more then we initially thought, and makes the angles you can get much more limited then in Splat 1

Im aware I will bring over a lot of low rank comp players, thats good to me though, we need to get people like that to realize they can be apart of it too

The new main weapon of each class has mostly felt underwhelming whether the main weapon is weak or the kits are mid/bad. Pencil and Edit have been blessed though

Nothing rn feels overpowered, everything is relatively balanced. The only thing defining meta is cooler but it's not overbearing like how crab and inkjet were. I would like to see more buffs though on unused weapons

With the way they balance splat 3 specials I don't think any special would make a fun meta. Every special given the chance to be good would be annoying to deal with. Like for example, bubble or wail meta would be annoying asf
