At this juncture, one can fully admit that AfriKa is doomed. Who on earth wouldn't choose dialogue especially after suffering defeat of that magnitude on the battlefield frontline? As some spectators mentioned, we are likely headed for a humanitarian disaster and loss of lives.
IN a conflict like one in DRC, #SouthAfrica had only TWO Choices;WITHDRAW, or REINFORCE. DOING NOTHING was never an option. And seems it has chosen the #WARPATH! This time round, it's really gonna get interesting&would be better to forget those PR gimmicks in Dar es Salaam!

The Kisoro DPC Ben Nuwamanya today halted construction activities on on disputed land near Kisoro Police Station and Nyamagana Fuel Station on Kisoro-Bunagana road. The land is contested by a one Agaba Abel and Alex Ndayambaje, Kisoro LC5 Vice Chairperson.
