Our social security system should provide us with #SecurityNotSanctions when we turn to it for support. Choosing further poverty & hardship for seriously ill and disabled people is cruel and short-sighted. #Budget
We're extremely disappointed that @RachelReevesMP has confirmed in the #AutumnBudget the government will go ahead with cruel plans to reform the work capability assessment. Over 400,000 seriously ill and disabled will lose out on £416 a month and face the threat of sanctions.
