Laughing at flat earthers since 2500 BC. Pic shows horizon below eye level at the beach - taken by me.

@TwelveStepNinja @James_Hawke1 @ChrisKai412282 You must remember, whatever Mr Hawke opines on, he's the world's leading expert (if only in his own mind).

@Seeker__Of @James_Hawke1 @elonmusk Got any NASA image references for any of those "NASA" pictures? At least one of those Devon Island photos is actually from Ireland, and there's a video of the person showing how he turned it into Mars. Rule one; Flat Earthers always lie. Beware ye "Seeker of Truth".

@peashawaka @FlatEarthDaveX Earth's escape velocity is 11.2 km (6.96 miles) per second. You don't have to go quite that fast to orbit. It depends on the height of the orbit. The ISS orbits at 17900 mph. Mack numbers are meaningless in space for obvious reasons.

@GalacticPancaK @TheGlobeIsDead Would you have us reject science and go back to the dark ages?

@TypicalGoyim @TheGlobeIsDead Before stating one way or another based on one photograph, I'd like to see the data. Height of pic, angle of camera, distances etc.

@kellzz1973 @TheGlobeIsDead Gravity most certainly exists. Drop something heavy on your toe to test it 😗

@kellzz1973 @TheGlobeIsDead Well I've read several articles about the Antarctic domes and I read the CIA document YOU sighted. Is your document somehow more valid than the dome articles? - typical Flerf double standard.

@kellzz1973 @TheGlobeIsDead Sky = firmament. The document goes on to cover measuring gravity over the sea. Musk was talking about the dome on the dragon capsule installed for the Inspiration4 mission. The Bible isn't a science book. It can't even get pi right 🤦

@Monttnom1 @FlatEarthDaveX Are you also thinking of a rigid craft of constant mass, no moving parts and no wind? These are also engineering simplifications, it doesn't make them real. In fact they are as impossible as a flat and stationary earth.

@TheGlobeIsDead Pythagoras died 490BC, Copernicus died 1543, Kepler died 1630, Galileo died 1642, Newton died 1727. Freemasonry was formed in 1717. So maybe Newton could have been one for the last ten years of his life, but who cares? It doesn't dictate the shape of the earth.

@Caffinefueled @Tinfoilearth @FlatEarthZone You've asked that question many times? Have you listened to the answer? Earth big, space bigger, satellites small. You'd only have a chance to see them if sunlight caught them just right. Plus most satellites are in a higher orbit than the ISS, so would be "behind" the camera.
