A thread on kellys heroes I first became aware of the film in 1984 when i saw it on a vhs tape rented from the video shop, i was 14, it looked cool, it was a war film, and well iv seen it at least 1000 times since, it is without doubt my favourite movie, so so, iv requested

🇫🇷 The Famous Five On the night of 16 September 1941, five French high school pupils, took to the waters of the English Channel in two canoes after months of planning and preparation to join de Gaulle's Free French in London. Before they left, each one left a message on the bed, it simply said, "Dear Parents, I have gone to join General de Gaulle."
