The 1975 referendum was the first time I voted at age 19. I voted to join the Common Market not a European Union, that’s the point James it was not what I signed up for. At least I was able to right the wrong by voting out.

I felt quite emotional watching the players come on at half time, especially those from the time when I stood on the North Terrace with my late father in the 1960’s. Especially John Milkins, David Munks, Norman Piper, all of them. Thanks for the memories.
