With all the talk of a second Dem seat in Alabama, this is what an ACTUALLY fair map of AL would look like. Only 1 county split and the Dem seat isn't totally safe. Geography is terrible for Dems in AL and the current map is a vra dem gerrymander, a 2nd Dem seat is absurd.

That's objectively not true, the US white birth rate is at about 1.6, replacement is 2.1. No White majority county is above replacement, Georgia would be the closest at 2.0.

I think people are misreading this. The Club doesn't exclude minorites, none happened to join. Rhode Island is a very white state, and it isn't too surprising an elite club up there might be all white. Just like some club in Haiti might be all black.
