The award has been paid every year since @Jeremy_Hunt and former governments introduced competition in our sector its been passed on to staff on AFC NT’s as agreed with regional TU #unison #unite #GMB @theRCN what changed??
I work for the #NHS but the government is not funding the NHS pay rise for social enterprises. @Jeremy_Hunt don’t forget about social enterprises in the NHS pay deal #NHSEqualPay.

Yes and best thing I have an email from regional @theRCN asking if we are honouring the national award as colleagues on AFC !! Why would that be if not on national AFC now in their view and other unions obviously!

Looks like the @theRCN position is clear in supporting current deal doesn’t it? other staff side very quiet on issue wonder what there members will think of proposed deal - bet they have been balloted on award thinking its for them as well - shameful

Why the change? over last 7 yrs because we employ staff on AFC contracts and to handbook increase given and paid through contract? @theRCN and other unions not supported this continued deal??
