This is my slightly-sloppy-and-needs-more-practice cover of the @brucehornsby piano solo from @charliehaden version of the Irish folk song ‘The Fields of Athenry’, sung by Petra Haden, off the Rambling Boy Album. This track is by far my favourite on the album (not just because it features @PatMetheny 😂), and I feel Bruce’s solo really captures the eb and flow of the song - it’s also really bloody hard, and transcribing it has been the work of about two years haha!
