JD Vance is saying the quiet part out loud: the Trump administration intends to break the law. America is a nation of laws. The courts make sure we follow the laws. The VP doesn’t control the courts, and the President cannot ignore the Constitution. No one is above the law.

They've done this on military bases & in several other countries. If you pay with a card nothing happens If you pay with cash it's rounded to the nearest .05$ (or .10$ in the case of new zealand) This evens it out as half the time the consumer loses & half the time the store owner loses

@AchillesDVR @kriissaa_krae Closest .05$ Half the time it would be in the customer's half the time in the store's. Also cards could still handle transactions ending In a single cent & most people just use card nowadays
