Thursday in Antofagasta, Chile, protesters held an event for veterinary treatment for a street dog called "El Vaquita" that's a frequent attendee to their protests. Since the dog won't let himself get caught, they staged a "fake" march to get him to follow them to the vet.
The dog's name is hard to translate; it means that he looks like a little cow, and since he's a boy you get a masculine article and a feminine noun ("El Vaquita"). So: "Lil' Cow"? "Cowie"? 🤷♂️
