@AdamRodmanMD I am actively trying to imagine (and hopefully implement)! I think efficiency tasks like DC summaries are relatively low-hanging fruit but we definitely need clinician in the loop for design

@AdamRodmanMD I would argue the opposite- with careful implementation, LLMs could free doctors from forced structure. For example, when I write my plan in my style, the LLM should tee up the orders for me to review & sign, instead of me doing it twice (in plan and then in orders)
