Been on an incredible journey since 2/1/22. Today I ran my 1st 5k. Original goal was 45:00, then after I started training I changed my goal to 39:00. I ran 37:50 today & even placed 3rd in my age group. Not setting records but the Mind is a powerful thing. One step at a time.
