The last time I took an entry on a stock from a Twitter feed intraday with no prep - I was an unprofitable trader, who didn’t have rules or a plan. Do yourself a favour and ignore intraday commentary — and focus on taking trades you have planned ahead of time.

Swing Traders are more concerned with the magnitude of the move rather than the duration. Position Traders are more concerned with the duration of the move/trend. Know your timeframe and style and excel at that timeframe. Don't try to be a jack of all trades & master of none.

Stop looking for signals and indicators. Just focus on Price/Volume and Trend. There's no indicator that will give you shortcuts. You have to learn how to interpret supply/demand. All indicators are derived from P/V. So learn P/V it's all you really need on the charts.
