Love this! Gives credence to the reality that people face competing priorities! And I love that the dynamics of intentions and behavior were captured so elegantly! "People experience goal conflict when one or more of their goals makes it more difficult to pursue other goals."
Happy to share results from our latest study exploring #PhysicalActivity intentions, goal conflict, and behaviour in real-time! Using EMA & accelerometer data, results showed independent effects of intention and goal conflict on MVPA. 1/3
